ReelGenieTerms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReelGenie’s website, web application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ReelGenie is a product of doola.ai and is operated by WooSoo Pty Ltd, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and team workspace.
- If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Team Workspaces and Roles
ReelGenie supports multi-user workspaces with role-based access controls. Workspace owners/admins are responsible for managing invitations, role assignments, and access to connected accounts and content workflows within their organization.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of law, third-party rights, or platform policies.
- Upload or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or account boundaries.
- Interfere with the operation, integrity, or performance of the Services.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Services except as allowed by law.
4. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“User Content”). You grant ReelGenie a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, modify, and transmit User Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for User Content, social account connections, and publishing actions initiated through the Services.
5. Finished Media and Review
You may submit finished images, videos, and accompanying metadata created outside ReelGenie. You are responsible for reviewing the media, captions, destinations, and scheduling choices before requesting publication.
6. Third-Party Services and Platform Integrations
The Services interoperate with third-party providers (for example, identity providers, social media platforms, cloud services, and payment processors). Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers’ terms and policies. ReelGenie is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those providers.
7. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
- Paid features may require a subscription and recurring fees.
- Prices, plan limits, and feature availability may change with notice as required by law.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. ReelGenie does not store full payment card details.
- You authorize applicable recurring charges until cancellation.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Paid access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for partial periods.

8. Intellectual Property
ReelGenie and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted in these Terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create security/legal risk, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelGenie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelGenie’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to ReelGenie for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReelGenie and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights, disputes will be submitted to the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Services or by other appropriate means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
