Use of services

You may use ReelGenie only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
Do not share credentials in ways that compromise account security.
Use integrations and publishing workflows in accordance with platform policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReelGenie to:

Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Distribute harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
Reverse engineer or interfere with service integrity.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; access remains until the end of the current paid period.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for partial periods.
Subscription management and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

Third-party platforms and eligibility

ReelGenie supports workflows across third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Platform-side capability eligibility, API constraints, and policy decisions are controlled by those platforms and may affect available features.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected social accounts and publishing workflows complies with the terms, community guidelines, and platform policies of those third-party services, including Meta platform requirements for Facebook and Instagram integrations.

Intellectual property

ReelGenie and related branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you provide, subject to permissions required for service operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ReelGenie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, legal requirements, or security risks. You may discontinue use at any time.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of ReelGenie after updates becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
