Pricing, Usage, Cancellation Policy

This page defines ReelGenie plan limits, what counts as usage, reset timing, and cancellation/refund terms.

Plan limits summary

  • Free ($0/mo): 3 generated posts per week (team-wide), 1 account group, 1 social account.
  • Pro ($29/mo): 10 generated posts per day (team-wide), up to 2 account groups, up to 2 social accounts.
  • Business ($199/mo): up to 200 account groups, unlimited social accounts, with fair-use monitoring signals around 15 generated posts per account group per day.
  • Paid plans do not require a separate trial period. You can start on Free and upgrade any time.

What counts as a generated post

  • A quota unit is consumed when a new post is generated in ReelGenie.
  • Publishing/scheduling does not consume an additional generation quota unit.
  • Deleting a post does not restore a consumed quota unit.

Quota reset timing (UTC)

  • Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC.
  • Weekly quotas reset at the start of the UTC week (Monday 00:00 UTC).

Definitions

  • Account group: a workspace grouping for a brand, product line, or channel operation.
  • Social account: a connected platform profile (for example TikTok or Instagram) linked to a team workspace.

When a limit is reached

  • If generation quota is reached, new post generation is blocked until reset or upgrade.
  • If account group or social account limits are reached, additional connections are blocked until capacity is available or plan is upgraded.
  • Business generation thresholds are soft-monitoring signals used for abuse detection, not strict per-request hard blocks.

Billing and renewal

  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your billing location.
  • For payment failures, ReelGenie may keep paid entitlements active for a short grace period while billing is fixed.

Cancellation policy

  • You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
  • After cancellation, paid access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No additional renewal charge is applied after cancellation takes effect.

Refund policy

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

Third-party platform constraints

Some capabilities (for example direct posting eligibility) are controlled by third-party platforms and are not unlocked by subscription tier changes.
