This page describes ReelGenie plan limits and subscription, cancellation, and refund terms for finished-media publishing.
1. Plan Limits
- Free ($0/mo): 10 posts per day per team, up to 2 workspaces, unlimited connected accounts and all features.
- Pro: US$19/month or US$199/year. Unlimited posts, up to 10 workspaces, unlimited connected accounts and all features.
- Existing Business subscriptions: existing entitlements and billing terms continue according to the subscriber’s plan and Stripe billing record.
2. Finished Media
ReelGenie accepts finished images and videos for preview, metadata editing, scheduling, and publishing to connected social accounts. Availability of a publishing action depends on the connected platform and its permissions.
3. Definitions
- Account group: A workspace grouping for a brand, product line, or channel operation.
- Social account: A connected platform profile (for example TikTok or Instagram).
4. When Limits Are Reached
- Free supports 2 workspaces; Pro supports 10. Contact the team if you need more than 10.
- Free publishing resets at midnight UTC across the entire team. One carousel or video counts as one post across its destinations, including a TikTok inbox draft. Attempts that definitively fail on every destination do not consume the allowance. In-flight or uncertain deliveries retain their slot until resolved. Retries of the same delivery on the same day do not count again.
Scheduling uses the day delivery actually starts. If the free daily allowance is already used, the post is held with an explanation so you can reschedule or upgrade. Creating drafts and saving Favourites do not consume the allowance. Deleting a delivered post does not restore it. A new delivery of existing content is a new post.
5. Billing and Renewal
- Pro is billed in advance, monthly at US$19 or annually at US$199, according to your selection.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Taxes may apply depending on billing location.
- For payment failures, ReelGenie may keep paid entitlements active for a short grace period so operations are not interrupted while billing is fixed.
6. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
- Paid access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
- No additional renewal charge is applied after cancellation takes effect.
7. Refunds
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- No prorated refunds or credits are provided for partial periods.
8. Third-Party Platform Constraints
Some capabilities (for example direct posting eligibility) are controlled by third-party platforms and are not unlocked by subscription tier changes.
