Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your ReelGenie account data and connected platform integration data, including Facebook and Instagram data processed through ReelGenie.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your ReelGenie account data, email support@email.reelgenie.app from the email address associated with your account.

Include the subject line: ReelGenie Data Deletion Request.

What to include in your request

  • Your ReelGenie account email address.
  • Your team or workspace name, if applicable.
  • Whether you want us to delete only connected platform integration data or your full ReelGenie account and workspace data.

What we delete

  • Connected account records and integration tokens stored by ReelGenie.
  • Associated publishing metadata stored in your ReelGenie workspace, subject to legal obligations.
  • Account and workspace data associated with the deletion request, if you request full deletion.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. If retention is required, we will keep only the minimum information needed for those purposes.

Processing time

We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Alternative option

You can also disconnect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube accounts from within ReelGenie before requesting full deletion if you only want to stop future connected-platform processing.
